Talk to us about a Future Care Plan – in the event that you need to go into hospital some time in the future and would be worried about leaving your pets: Phone: 0416 962 273
All of our people are Volunteers and we offer short-term solutions and pet respite for people who live alone and need medical treatment which prevents them caring for their pet.
“I live alone with my two dogs but I’m not in the best of health. I don’t know what I would do without CARE for Pets and their devoted volunteers; my two fur babies are both still quite young and they need a little bit of discipline as well as love and attention while I have treatment in hospital. The folk at CARE for Pets have provided exactly that for them and I go to hospital knowing they are in good hands. Sometimes my puppies have been brought by one of the volunteers to visit me (in the courtyard at the hospital). This always helps to hasten my recovery because I want to get back home to them as soon as I can.Thank you CARE for Pets.“
